      Don't worry there are plenty of colleges, but it is very difficult to say in which college u will get seat, but sure u will get seat in city college.

      As you have reservation you can expect in good college but not in Universities. You can get in top colleges apart from Universities (OU,JNTU).

      It all depends on U.If u believe that u cn do it if try fr once more, than i cn say go fr one more attempt.But let me clear u frst that if u take in private engineering college in M.Tech than dnt xpect any campus placement. Campus placement is possible in M.Tech only in universities...So now the decision depends on U..

      I m sorry to say but u neither can get in Universities nor in top 10 college as ur rank and caste does not support that but try ur luck. Yes Govt. will pay the entire fee provided u submit income certificate of less than 1 lakh per annum at the time of certificate verification.

      As you have cleared AP-PGECET not GATE so i dont think you can get admission in University but as you have reservation, you can get admission in good college.

      University i dont think that you can make it in University but try for it. But sure you can get in good college.

      "Good College" depends on your region like OU or AU etc.
